All online stores within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are required to enter the correct national address when creating shipping orders. Any order that does not contain a complete national address may be rejected by the shipping company or postponed until the information is provided.

The National Address application aims to: speed up shipment acceptance by delivery companies, reduce address errors, prevent delays or returns of shipments, and ensure that the order reaches the correct location.
What is the short title?
A code made up of 4 letters + 4 numbers (For example: RBJD2929) is used to facilitate address sharing and speed up location tracking. Even when using it, the neighborhood and street must be entered in text along with the code.
Who issues it?
The national address is issued by Saudi Post (SPL), an authorized government entity. You can register and manage your national address through the official website. splonline.com.sa.

For pickup at a location other than home
Enter the national address of the actual pickup location (office, location, etc.). Ensure the city and district match the actual pickup location. Do not use a different address than the delivery location.
