This policy has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of E-commerce system Issued by Royal Decree No. (M/126) dated 7/11/1440 AH, andConsumer Protection System Issued by Royal Decree No. (M/4) dated 19/01/1436 AH in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all products sold through the Remco online store (reemco.com.sa), including decorative products, industrial ceilings, insulation materials, building materials, and all other products displayed in the store.

2. Right of return

According to the Saudi e-commerce system, the consumer has the right to return the product within Seven (7) days From the date of receipt, without giving any reason, provided that the return conditions mentioned below are met.

3. Return Policy

To accept a refund request, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original condition and unused.
  • The product must be in its original packaging without any damage or opening.
  • The refund request must be submitted within Seven (7) days From the date of receipt.
  • Provide a purchase invoice or proof of order (order number).
  • The product must not be one of the excluded products mentioned in item (4).

4. Products excluded from return

The following products can only be returned in the event of a manufacturing defect:

  • Products manufactured or cut to specific sizes according to customer requirements.
  • Materials that were installed or used.
  • Insulating or chemical materials whose containers have been opened.
  • Products that have been mixed or modified (such as paints and adhesives).
  • Products that have been misused or improperly stored by the customer.

5. Return Request Procedures

To submit a refund request, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide the order number and photos of the product to be returned.
  3. Our team will review the request and respond within Three (3) working days.
  4. If approved, shipping and return instructions will be sent.
  5. After the product is received and inspected, the refund is processed.

6. Replacement Policy

The customer is entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:

  • Receiving a product different from the product ordered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product was damaged during shipping.

The replacement will be the same product or a similar product of equal value. If a replacement product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued according to the refund policy.

7. Refunds

  • The refund will be issued using the same original payment method used in the purchase process.
  • Refunds are processed within Fourteen (14) working days From the date of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
  • The process of the amount appearing in your bank account may take additional time depending on the policies of the bank or payment service provider.
  • Products purchased with offers or discounts are refunded with the amount actually paid.

8. Shipping costs

  • In case of return due to a manufacturing defect or store error: you bear the responsibility. Rimco Return shipping costs are the full cost.
  • In case of return for personal reasons (change of mind): the customer bears the return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in the case of an error on our part.

9. Damaged or defective products

In case of receiving a damaged or defective product:

  1. Please contact us during 48 hours From the date of receipt.
  2. Attach clear photos showing the defect or damage.
  3. Your request will be processed with the highest priority, with the option of replacement or a full refund.

10. Cancel order

  • The order can be cancelled and a full refund will be issued if it has not yet been shipped.
  • If the order has been shipped, the above return policy applies.
