Contractors' and Projects' Terms and Conditions
Contractual terms governing the relationship between Reem Saud Al-Mutairi Trading and Construction and Finishing Projects Company (Reemco) and the commercial entities participating in the Contractors and Projects Portal.

1 Definition of parties and scope of application
1.1 Contractors' Gateway — Remco
""Remco" or "supplier" means: Reem Saud Al-Mutairi Trading Company — A registered commercial registration in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, operating the online store reemco.com.sa and the projects portal included therein.
1.2 Second Party — Commercial Entity
""Business Entity" or "Business Client" means any entity registered on the Remco Projects Portal as: Contractor, Project Manager, Procurement Manager, Engineer, Real Estate Developer, or any other corporate entity.
1.3 Scope of Application
These terms apply to:
- Registration requests on the Contractors and Projects Portal
- All requests for quotations submitted through the portal or via direct contact
- Purchase orders and resulting supply contracts
- Recurring or periodic supply agreements
2 Registration on the portal and qualifications
To register as a business entity on the Remco Projects Portal, the following conditions must be met:
- The entity must be legally registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (valid commercial registration).
- The registered person must be officially authorized to contract on behalf of the entity.
- The data entered (commercial registration number, tax number, contact information) must be correct and up-to-date.
Remco reserves the right to refuse any registration request or suspend any business account without stating the reasons.
The commercial entity bears full responsibility for any misleading or incorrect data provided during registration, and Remco has the right to claim legal compensation if misleading information is proven.
3 Requests for Quotations and Supply
3.1 Request for Quotation
Requests for quotations can be submitted through the online portal or by contacting the sales team directly. A request for quotation does not constitute a binding contract unless it is confirmed in writing by both parties.
3.2 Offer Validity Period
- Validity of price quotations issued by Remco: 7 working days From the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- Prices will change according to fluctuations in raw material prices and customs duties without prior notice after the expiry date.
3.3 Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed and valid only after: (a) Remco receives the official purchase order or written confirmation, and (b) the required advance payment is received, if any.
4 Prices, payments, and invoices

Remco has the right to suspend pending or future orders in the event of outstanding debts.
5 Delivery, shipping and receiving
- The delivery dates mentioned in the price quotes are estimates and not binding guarantees, unless a date guarantee is expressly stated.
- Delivery is considered complete when the goods arrive at the specified address and are signed by the business entity’s recipient or representative.
- The commercial entity must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and record any observations on the delivery note.
- Claims for apparent damage are accepted during 48 hours From the receipt only.
- Shipping costs are as specified in the offer, and the transportation burden falls on the commercial entity unless otherwise agreed.
6 Warranty and conformity to specifications
Remco is committed to the following:
- Supplying products that conform to the specifications mentioned in the accepted price offer.
- Certificates of conformity or data of origin shall be provided upon request if available from the original supplier.
6.1 Product Disclaimer
Remco is a distributor and trading intermediary—not the manufacturer of the products. Product warranties are those of the original manufacturer. Remco is not responsible for manufacturing defects or misuse of the product.
7 Limits of liability and exemption
- The provisions of the Saudi Consumer Protection Law do not apply to B2B relationships (explicit exemption).
- Remco's maximum liability to the commercial entity in any claim shall not exceed the total value of the order in dispute.
- Remco is exempt from liability for indirect or consequential damages, loss of anticipated profits, or project disruption.
- Remco does not accept responsibility for force majeure circumstances: natural disasters, government decisions, global supply chain disruptions.
8 Protecting commercial and confidential data
All business data of the commercial entity (commercial registration, tax number, project data, order volumes) is treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with Remco's business privacy policy available on [website/platform name]. /contractors-privacy/.
Remco is committed to not sharing business data with third parties except in the following cases:
- Legal or judicial requirements.
- Delivery and shipping partners are needed to fulfill orders.
- Relevant government agencies (ZATCA, Commercial Court, etc.).
9 Dispute resolution and applicable law
9.1 Amicable settlement
In the event of any dispute, both parties undertake to first seek an amicable settlement within 15 working days From the date one of them notifies the other in writing of the dispute.
9.2 Mediation
If an amicable settlement proves impossible, one can resort to one of the approved commercial mediation and arbitration centers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
9.3 The Last Resort
In the absence of an amicable solution, the commercial courts shall have jurisdiction in accordance with the provisions of the Commercial Courts Law issued by Royal Decree M/93.
10 Termination of Agreement
- Any party has the right to terminate its relationship with the Contractors Portal by giving prior written notice for a period of 14 days.
- Termination of the agreement does not cancel obligations arising from confirmed orders or invoices due prior to termination.
- Remco reserves the right to terminate the membership of any commercial entity immediately in the event of its breach of any of these conditions.
